International

European Union Emissions Trading System (EU ETS) - A cap and trade system that operates in all EU countries plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway and  limits emissions from  installations and aircraft operators. 

 
The Climate Registry -  Non-profit organization governed by U.S. states and Canadian provinces and territories that operates voluntary and compliance GHG reporting programs globally, and assists organizations in measuring, verifying and reporting the carbon in their operations.
